Welcome to my passion...making candles. My name is Stefanie Walls and I'm a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many. I have always loved candles and the memories their scents solicit. After repeatedly paying really good money for under-performing candles, I decided to give it a try. I began my research and was advised that it would take at least a year to really figure it out. Ha! No way could this be true. They must not have known what they were doing. Boy, do I stand corrected. Making candles is a science. There are so many variables that can impact the end result, so YES, it took me a year to get it right. The candles I make today are much better than the candles I made over a year ago. I'm constantly learning and I love that aspect. The testing and re-testing, on the other hand, can be a pain. But, it is very necessary. I want a candle that smells just as good on the first light as the last. I want it to burn clean and leave little to no residue behind. So these are the goals I have for every candle. Each candle and tart are handcrafted and handpoured in my home candle kitchen. The whole family gets involved! It's a labor of love and I enjoy hearing from my customers about their experience with my candles.
Tarts are so much fun to make! It's an opportunity to exercise my creativity. My tarts are super-scented because I load three times the average amount of fragrance oils. If you want a flameless option and fill a room or house up quickly with some glorious aroma, these are your best bet.
I must thank all the friends and family that continue to support me on this journey. It was scary leap to quit my job and do this full-time, but not one I regret. My husband is the most supportive man alive. He has been my cheerleader, bookkeeper, stock boy, craft show roadie, and my reality checker. Without him, I would not be where I am today.
And lastly, thank YOU!! Without you, I would just have a garage full of lonely candles. Leave a review or comment on our Facebook page and let us know how we're doin'.
