Terms of Sale

By placing an order with The Candle Barn Company, LLC (known as TCBC going forward), you confirm you are not conducting business from a residence, exclusively online, or from a booth in a flea market/communal sales site. You confirm you are only selling TCBC products from your approved, retail establishment.

In order to represent the brand identity of TCBC as one that is fairly priced, you confirm that you will not sell our products at a lower price than the MSRP with the exception of the occasional sale.

To maintain a “protected territory”, which has been established by TCBC as a 10-mile radius, you must achieve an average $1,000 for the current 6-month period. Any exceptions must be discussed with TCBC.

If your account remains dormant for more than 6 months, you will have to re-apply to be TCBC retailer.  If you open additional locations, you MUST notify us in writing to obtain approval so as not to violate the protected territory condition.


Ordering: Orders will be placed using our online wholesale site. We can no longer accept orders via Facebook Messenger or text. We appreciate your cooperation with this request, as it reduces errors by ensuring we receive orders in one location using the most current linesheet. Please note the order quantity minimums for each item.

Payment:  All orders must be paid by major credit card or business check upon placement of the order. Additional orders will not be processed before receipt and clearance of the previous payment. Contact us to discuss other billing options. Once payment has been processed, production of your order will begin.  Our typical turnaround time is between 2 and 3 weeks.   All wholesale orders are made fresh to ensure you are getting a pristine product.

Shipping: All orders will ship by USPS or UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation at the expense of the buyer. **Local deliveries within a 50-mile radius of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, are FREE, but are subject to a $30 handling fee (Blackout Delivery Dates: September – November). Pick-ups at our workshop are always welcome.

Returns/Cancellations:  Available if initiated within 7 business days of receipt, if all items are returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. If shipment appears to be damaged, you should refuse delivery. Returns due to damage after delivery will not be accepted. We strongly suggest inspecting your shipment upon delivery to verify condition and to ensure order accuracy within 48 hours of delivery.  Please notify us directly of any discrepancies, so that we may get these corrected.  Manufacturer’s defects are always replaced at no charge to the Buyer. 
No credit will be extended for loss due to theft after delivery.

Orders may be canceled without penalty within 5 business days of the order date. Cancellations after this period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The Candle Barn Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Policies of this agreement including, but not limited to wholesale pricing, returns, or shipping charges with a 30-day notice to Buyer.
