Return Policy

We strive for exemplary customer service. Because our candles and melts are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. We want you to be happy and will work with you to exchange any faulty product. If you ended up just not liking the scent, that is not what we consider "faulty" and we suggest re-gifting.

Our warmers are ordered from a third-party vendor and we extend any warranties they offer. Please check your warmer upon receipt and notify us within 3 days of any issues.
